Prerecorded greeting will welcome you to Capital One Business service center. You will be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your card number (The system will also accept a personal credit card number). If you don't have an account you can say "Apply for a new account" and you will be transferred to the appropriate department. For security reasons you may be asked to enter or say the last 4 digits of your SSN.

After confirming your account details you will be presented with your balance and payment information. You can say "Skip this" and go directly to Main Menu: Balance details, Payments, Recent Transactions, Fraud management, Request Replacement Cards or Representative - You can say any of the available options to get help.
