As you reach the recorded message you will be prompted to say or enter the last 4 digits of your credit card, followed by the same prompt in Spanish. If you don't have an account with Capital One you can say "Apply for new account". If you need some time to get your card to confirm the last 4 digits say "Hold", then "Continue", when ready. (For security reasons you may be asked to provide the last 4 digits of your SSN.)
As the automated system gets information about your account you may say "Operator" and you will be asked to state the reason for your call. You can say "Something else" to get transferred to an agent, who will direct you further.
